Thanks for the reply! This menu didn't have an option to change the sound of the action center notification. Sorry if I wasn't clear but I just want to change the sound itself into something else, not turn off the sound or when the sound comes on.

I have tried to change my action center alert sound and followed the instructions above sounds, then notification, apply and the action center alert is still the same sound. I'm very frustrated last computer I had was windows 7 and just seemed a lot less complicated, for customizing for someone who needs air horn for my alerts.

Hello,

To help you resolve your concern, we'd like to know which sound did you click inside the Program Events? Can you show us a screenshot. We've checked it on our end and "Action Center is not included".

Keep us updated.

that's what I'm trying to say action center is not an option in sounds to change the alert tone... I unfortunately do not know how to screen shot. but I right clicked on the speaker buttons and went to sounds and then proceeded to change every tone that had notification or messenger in the title. action center is not an option on the windows sound screen,  action center itself I can turn on and off and tell it what to alert me with but no modifying the tone that it gives when the computer/tablet alerts. I cannot find anywhere where I can go and ask questions such as how do I take a screen shot or zoom out when I accidently make a live chat with tech support too big there is a paid service that I don't feel them simple questions I should have to pay for. my computer not broken I just cant figure out some things that are available to me. if you can please tell me how to change that alert tone I would be sooo happy!

As of now, Action Center itself has a one sound notification.

We suggest that you post your query to Windows Developer Feedback so our engineers and developers can include this in the future updates.

Do let us know if you have any other concerns.
